Kim's Biography :
Originally from Indiana, Kim served in the US Air Force and has traveled the southeast. She’s lived in San Antonio, TX, Biloxi, MS and Savannah, GA. Since settling in TN 15 years ago, she's designed and drafted custom homes for an architect and worked part time as a residential project manager for a local builder.
This unique path has provided Kim the opportunity to gain a wide array of experience in construction and the housing market. She’s built relationships with builders, tradesmen, architects, & surveyors. She's familiar with all aspects of the building process including new construction and remodel design, subdividing property & site plans. Kim has a clear understanding of easements, setbacks, architectural review committees, zoning, covenants & restrictions.
Kim and her husband live in Farragut and attend Two Rivers Church. They enjoy Volunteer Football, hiking, boating, home projects and spending time with their family.
Originally from Historic Savannah, Georgia, Amy has a unique southern style which affords her the ability to make lasting relationships with her clients. “For me, it’s really all about people & letting those I work with know that I genuinely care about them.” Whether helping a buyer find their dream home or advising a seller on the current market conditions, Amy always has her client’s best interest at heart. She’ll treat you like family and work with you like a team.
Amy has owned and operated a staging business & has a great eye for design. She's flipped several homes with her husband and has experience with pre-sale renovations.
Amy and her husband, Bobby, have been married for 28 years and have 4 sons and 1 grandson. They live in Blount County and attend Maryville Vineyard church. They enjoy spending time together and have found that their greatest strength has come from learning to find humor in everything. Laughter really is the best medicine! Amy is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
